A few things to consider before purchase! Please read before commissioning

1) Must be 18+ years old or have ready parental/guardian permission to purchase custom orders from my studio.

2) Allergy Disclaimer: My studio is located in my home. I keep my workspace free of animals but I do own cats and dogs and work with horses. If allergic to any of these animals please consider this before commissioning me.

3) I do not allow returns. Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your purchased products. You will receive updates and Work In Progress pictures along with your orders before shipping.

4) You may claim/hold a slot in my current queue with a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of total quoted price. This is counted towards the total bill. Payment plans are accepted. I do not start your project/place in current queue line until full payment is received and balance paid off. If you decide to cancel the order, there is NO refund on the down payment.

5) I do not work with absolute deadlines. I am able to give an estimated time of completion according to details in the order. This factor is heavily based on how many commissions I have in current queue and if there are more difficult projects ahead. I do not offer rush orders for extra fees at this time. Projects will finish in a steady and timely manner. If you need a project for a 'Con please message me to see if possible with current queue.

**** Thank you for understanding that I too have responsibilities outside of making. I work a few hours during the day also at night and heavily on weekends for commissioned work. I will alert and post any updates or delays on Trello.

6) PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS (I do not allow pick up from my studio -I work from home, thank you for understanding) It would be a shame to send to the wrong place. I am not responsible for incorrect information as I double check with clients before I ship also. Please include any extra information: unit numbers, gate codes, and anything else for the carrier. Shipping is done through USPS. I ship priority from the USA. International shipping fees are set to price according to customs fees and weight. This includes tracking and insurance. There are cheaper shipping options available but please know that first class does NOT include insurance and will take significantly longer to arrive. Once the package is in the post office's hands I have no control and am not responsible for the delivery. Please contact me if your package and/or items has arrived damaged and have purchased the insurance.

7) Pre-made costumes and parts are already crafted pieces and are not guaranteed to always fit everyone. Although crafted to one size fits most, these pieces are made without customized measurements. Please keep this in mind before purchasing or feel free to ask any questions about the products.

8) Custom orders will sometimes require specific measurements. I will either request a measurement template to be filled out or a Duct Tape Dummy to be made and shipped to my studio. If purchasing a custom order that requires a DTD, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it to me. Please save your receipt. If DTD arrives safely, everything is in tact, and you have your receipt, then I am able to pay HALF of the shipping fees back to you. Must have receipt to qualify for half of cost returned. I am not responsible for ill fitting costumes due to inaccurate measurements or faulty DTDs. Please let me know if there are needs for adjustment to measurements. Example: Weight gain or loss.

9) I reserve the right to blacklist any abusive behavior towards me and may refuse service. This includes: threats, harrassment, intimidation, rudeness, or any other unwelcomed behaviors.

10) I do not make adult content/activity suits and do not associate with that part of the fandom. Please do NOT ask. I will not take the commission.

11) If re-selling any products purchased from my store please be sure to credit me. Please do not sell for more than what you have purchased them for unless there are more pieces from other sources. I put a lot of time and effort into my products and do not condone extra profiting off my personal work. If found, I reserve right to refuse further purchases from my studio. I will also blacklist and write up bewares as I do not wish this to happen to anyone else. Thank you!

These terms of service are non-negotiable. All customers purchasing my art are required to read, understand, and accept all terms. Ignorance of TOS does not exclude parties from agreeing or abiding to the TOS as it is made publicly available. You will receive a copy upon quoting process.
